  Navasota River near Normangee affecting Brazos, Madison and
  Grimes Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Goodrich affecting Polk, Liberty and San
  Jacinto Counties.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty
  Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Polk, Trinity, Walker and
  San Jacinto Counties.

  Brazos River near Rosharon affecting Fort Bend and Brazoria
  Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Major flooding is forecast.
For the Menard Creek...including Rye...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including New Caney,
Cleveland...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the West Fork San Jacinto River...including Porter, Sendera
Ranch Road, Conroe, Humble, Sheldon...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Navasota River...including Normangee...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 140.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with
  widespread flooding in Trinity and Walker Counties. Water is in
  several homes in the Deep River Plantation and Green Rich Shores
  subdivisions. Roads into several subdivisions in Walker and
  Trinity Counties and secondary roads along the river are inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 139.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 132.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 PM CDT Saturday was 139.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 137.5 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    139.6 feet on 06/11/1908.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as water
  escapes the main channel in the vicinity of the gage.
  At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as low lying areas
  along the creek are inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 PM CDT Saturday was 28.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 23.2 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Monday morning to 15.7 feet Tuesday evening. It will rise to
    15.8 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again and
    remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  roadways especially in the Fox Landing community. Some low area
  homes in the Fox Landing community will also be threatened with
  flooding.

  - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 29.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Saturday was 29.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Thursday morning and continue falling to 25.5 feet
    Thursday evening.
